If you are an owner, you will be granted access. If you are a renter your landlord will be able to provide you with access by addig you on their profile.

"When can I put up holiday decorations?"

Per HOA bylaws, holiday decorations are allowed to be set up no earlier than 30 days prior to the holiday and must be taken down no later than 21 days after said holiday.
